Andy's Idaho seminar was one of the most memorable experiences in my "Fishing
Life". The instructions took me from a rank beginner to a confident fly
fisher in one short week. The meals were excellent, and Andy's infectious good
humor entertained us nightly. My advice to anyone thinking about taking the
seminar: Just do it!

I attended the 2001 seminar and was not disappointed. The opportunity to "Sit
At The Feet" of several fly fishing masters was a great education. It advanced
my fly fishing skills several years. The seminar uses a on-hands approach and
covers the important aspects of fly fishing, from casting to entomology. We
fished conditions ranging from fast pocket water to the challenging flat water
on the Henry's Fork all under the watchful eye of our instructors and guides.
The food and accomodations were great. Truly a wonderful experience that I will
continue to benefit from for years to come. Try it, you'll like it.

Puyans Jesus Christ, I knew you were still doing Henry's Lake but I didn't know
you were still teaching until I happened upon this site. You taught me tying
back in the early seventies when I lived in Berkeley and drove out to Pleasant
Hill to your shop. Great nights and we're both alive. I'll be at Last Chance
during the green drake hatch. What about you. Let's have a drink. Maybe throw
a fly. Peter Noone-the Ski Hut circa 66-82, Patagonia 83-03.
