Philip began fly fishing in 1974 shortly after meeting
Andy at Creative Sports, back when Andy’s store was located in
Pacheco, CA. That next summer Philip made his first fly fishing trip
to Idaho and fell in love with both fly fishing and Idaho. In 1993 Philip
met up with Andy again, this time in Idaho, on the Henry’s Fork,
to help Andy with his Fly Fishing Seminars. An FFF certified casting
instructor Philip has been helping instruct at Andy’s seminars
ever since. Andy and Philip are neighbors once again in Last Chance,
Idaho, minutes from their beloved Henry’s Fork, where Andy lives
during the summers and Philip works managing Hyde Outfitters and Hyde’s
Last Chance Lodge. |
